Group Sessions

FitRA Basics: Main focus on posture, increasing range of motion, balance & stability, and re-learning how to move. Recommended for all levels for a minimum of 4 weeks.
FitRA Advanced: Strength and conditioning oriented. Prerequisites: Bodyweight push-ups, pull-ups, and dips.
FitRA Elites: Explosive, power-driven session. Inquire before signing up.
